Work vent
Overall, I love working for a small family company. But lately, it's getting harder to ignore the domestic bickering up and down the halls. My boss is a coworkers husband. He talks down to her and is overly critical of her work. Today, my CW had a doctors appt and was going to be late. My boss's phone rang and I heard them yelling at each other. CW never came into the office. She didn't call and I had to make up excuses to her clients all day.
I guess this was more of a vent than anything. Thanks for listening.
Re: Work vent
Yeah, my DH is an agent with the family company. His dad is the boss and his mother also works there. For the most part, it is a great working environment but every now and then, things get heated and sometimes feelings get hurt. It is a business after all.
