I have a question...do protein shakes really do anything to help with weight loss and diet? I was looking at the Special K shakes tonight and decided I wanted some opinions before I bought them. Any input would be great.

There are different schools of thought. Personally, I think they're crap. So many of them are filled with artificial nutrients that do nothing to promote good health or weight loss. 

That said, there are some that are a higher quality than your grocery store brands.

I'm in love with Shakeology because it's all natural ingredients.

There are some other's that you can find at speciality stores like Whole Foods and Earth Fare - just be sure that all of the ingredients are from natural sources, not a bunch of manufactured junk

Let me know if you want help picking some out! Also, I have several sample packets of Shakeology if you want to try it out.

Thanks Linds. I knew I could come to you for an honest answer. I have looked at the Shakeology's at Whole Foods a few times and just haven't picked them up yet. Would you mind sending me a packet to try? I just can't have anything that has berries in it.
