For images, instead of the code [IMG] replace it with the following format:
<img src="http://tinypic.com/xxxx.jpg">
For links, make sure it follows the following format:
<a href="http://www.whateveryouwanttosay.com/html/xxx">whatever you want to say</a>

Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

RE: Siggies
I've played around with it, and was able to update my siggy by removing any extra code that did not match up to this. I had some old code that is no longer recognized, and kept getting error messages. You can still adjust image sizes and add line breaks. If you need a refresher, I'd be happy to walk you through the steps:
