As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Cool news
I was in the HR Mgr's office assisting him and he asked me to send out a couple of employee files to another HR Mgr. One of the files happens to be the one for my boss who took a promotion a few months ago. He mentioned he is supposed to send my personel file as well but he refuses. We both know that once he does that I will no longer be able to assist him in HR duties. He even showed me the email that he sent the mgr that he told them that I am an awesome worker and despite having a full plate of accounting duties, I always make time to assist him in HR duties at least 3-4 days per month. He even printed the email and said I can put it in my personal file. I know he really appreciates my hard work and ability to do stuff for him and keep my mouth shut, it is still nice to see him saying it to other people within the company who don't know me.
