Recipe adjustment question
I would really like to make this for dinner...

I am thinking about making this with either just chicken thighs or both. Do you think I need to adjust the time cooked? 25 minutes for chicken thighs seems like not enough time.

25 minutes is about right. Here's a perspective for you: Crispy Ranch Chicken
Those are made with thighs and they call for 20-25 minutes. Thighs don't take long to cook. Breast is what you need to cook longer.
