Anyone participated in breast cancer walk?
Either the Avon or the 3 day? What did you think of the experience? Would you do it again? And if you've done both which did you prefer?

I've participated in the 3 Day walk for the last 7 years (this year was the first time I didn't participate since it fell on the same weekend as my wedding!)
I've also done the Avon walk once.
Personally, I enjoy the 3 day more - it's such a rewarding and eye opening experience that when I did the Avon walk, I felt like it was over too soon!
