Key West themed engagement party

I was married in the Keys and had an outdoor reception here based on that theme. All the following are things I had/did.
First of all all the best dishes at all the restaurants was seafood. Plus there is the Margaritaville restaurant in Key West thats big so maybe theme around that? Conch (or conch fritters) are huge there.
I'd go with things like: Coconut Shrimp & maybe Tequila Lime Shrimp, an Ahi Tuna appetizer, Fruit Kebobs, Citrus Glazed Chicken Kebobs, Teriyaki Steak Kebobs, Caribbean Salad (lettuce, mandarin oranges tomatoes, onions, sugared pecans), Seafood Salad, Grilled Salmon or other fish.
Dont forget the Key Lime Pie or its not "Florida Keys" like!! For decor you can use key limes in vases as centerpiece, have tropical flowers (purple with the limes looks good) and tiki torches. We also got table top tiki's, strung lights, had those paper globes hanging. The biggest thing we did was rent a Tiki Hut Bar... it was a HIT and only cost $40 to rent. Of course you'll need margaritas to serve!
You should have Jimmy Buffet music and any other Bob Marley type stuff. For games maybe the Limbo, Hula Hoop Contest, some type of dance contest.
I'm sure it will be a blast!!! I think this is the best type of party to have
Oh how I miss the Keys!

Lots of different colors, pink, aqua, yellow, peach, lime green
grouper fingers, smoked fish dip, key lime martinis, tiki lights, reggae music
there a game with a hook on a post, and you have to swimg a ring on to the hook, thats everywhere....
