Thank you.
Note: This only affects The Nest's community members and will not affect members on The Bump or The Knot.
with my husband and our home search.
he thinks i'm a snob because the neighborhood is my number one criteria. if it doesn't feel right to me, i dont want to live there. i'd much rather buy in an established community than an up and coming one. i like homes wiht character and good construction.
he just wants a sweet basement.

Re: i am frustrated
I worry about stuff like this. So far the biggest purchase that H and I have made together has been our laptop.
We'll be car shopping soon, so we'll see how we handle that. No clue how we'll handle house hunting when that time ever comes.
My Profile
House hunting is hard, but you'll find the compromise that works best for you!
There is a huge reason for the phrase: Location, location, location. We danced back and forth with these houses further out and blah blah blah. It was never meant to be until we came across this house on a cul de sac in the right neighborhood. You will find the house that you both love, it just takes a lot of time. House hunting is ridiculously stressful for a couple.
