any big vacations this year?

We hope to make it to Cancun in July with some friends.

We are going back to Savannah, GA in May for a week. I am actually going to meet with some people from my company down there. And we have an appointment with a Realtor. So, this is a bit more than a vacation. We are also going to be celebrating my graduation.

I don't know when we will work in that trip. We don't want to run into hurricane season or anything, so we will see.

We already went on a short cruise, but I would like to go somewhere else. Don't know yet.

We plan on going to the Grand Canyon, neither of us has ever been there.

I'm going to Boston in May for a work conference, but we are stretching it out for a couple days so we can do fun things there too

 We're going to the Bahamas in June and I am super excited!

Nope. We want to buy a house this year. We may take time off to move in/decorate. That will be our "vacation" time.

We do go to Comic Con every year. Maybe we'll stay downtown this time and have a mini-staycation...

We want to go somewhere, but it has to be stateside because neither one of us has our passports yet. We would like to go to Hawaii, but that would be a winter vacation and we are looking for summer. DH has been to Seattle and Yellowstone. We both have been to San Antonio and NYC. Right now we are thinking Washington D.C. or San Francisco.

Anybody have any other ideas?

Kaley-the resort looks awesome!

 We know we want to go on a vacation just not sure where or when yet. We're thinking maybe Colorado to see family and friends. It will be our first trip with Ayden so we want it to be a little low key and see how he does on a plane.

Where did you go? I haven't been on a cruise in forever...I bet it was wonderful.

The US in July. I might go to Holland next month to see all the flowers.  I want to take a weekend trip to Paris as well, but we'll see if I can convince my friends to go.  I think Madrid in the fall as my friend is moving there.  I need to travel more.

Well, it depends on what you consider a "vacation." In February I went to Toronto for work, in April I'll be in DC for work (but this time with DH and Alex), in June I'll be in Florida for work (with Alex and maybe DH for part of the time and my Mom for the other part), in August I'll be back in DC for work (alone), and that's as far out that's planned right now. We were originally going to Paris and the Netherlands in June, but with the new minivan and the need to conserve $, we postponed that for a while.

We are spending a week in Florida for my friend's wedding, so that is our big trip right now. We are saving up to go to Italy next year, so we are keeping things simple for now.
