Job Vibes Needed
I had an interview today with a non-profit school and I want this job. I really, really, want this job. I've had 4 interviews with a different organization and I don't feel even remotely excited about that job. But this new one...this is it. It's a big step up in my career and yet not too far that I'd be in over my head. The interview was with all of the department staff (an entire 4) and I liked each of them. Plus they gave me a good sense of their company culture and it's one I know I would fit.
And is it bad that a part of me is hoping to get the job because they have on-site day care? lol!
They have a really busy next couple of weeks so the next round of interviews won't be until at least the 27th, which means a long wait. But in the mean time please, please, please send job vibes this way. Thanks! :-)

you Brit! I posted this here and my local board and you're the only one to 'get' my botb comment. lol! I really do consider that a huge benefit of the job. The school is for children with developmental disabilities, but they accept main stream kids into the school (as well as the staffs' children) to act as peer role models.
A really really great benefit! Childcare is such a huge issue. I actually took my nanny babies to a playdate today and within 15 minutes was being asked if I babysit too - sheesh! It's not easy to find the right childcare solutions, and at-work daycare is such a great opportunity!! Keep us posted on the job!!!

Childcare is HUGE. Honestly, out of everything, it has been our biggest heachache/worry/struggle.
And that type of set-up sounds amazing!
