I think the lack of sun is getting to me
I have been the nastiest biznatch the last 2 weeks (ok, more like the last month). I finally believe in SAD. AHHH!

Re: I think the lack of sun is getting to me
It's starting to get sunnier, sometimes .
DH def. has SAD. This year we found melatonin for him at Costco which helped him sleep better at night and we also bought a blue light at Costco that he sits at in the morning. He also tries to exercise 3x a week or more. I think it has really helped him this winter.
But I totally get you. I want spring here, now!

I was diagnosed with SAD in high school. Some winters are better than others. I thought I was doing ok this year until the fog lifted a week or two ago and I realized I was much worse than I thought. Like you said, just bitchy and generally irritable. Probably should have pulled the bio-light out more often, oops!
