We tried some new recipes this weekend and were very happy with all of them. Last night we did Ginger Glazed Mahi Mahi with baked sweet potatoes and steamed green beans. Tonight we did Meyer Lemon Chicken Piccata and Baked Spinach and Pea Risotto. Hopefully all those links work. We couldn't find Meyer lemons and just used one regular. It's very tangy but was nicely balanced by the risotto.

I bet that the glaze for the mahi-mahi would work really well on other white fish, and even on tuna or salmon. Going to give it a try!
