Hand Me Downs ROCK (PIP)

I am so blessed to have friends whos kids are growning up and they are done having kids. I wasnt going to buy any kind of stroller until spring since its snows so much here and then DH told me we couldnt buy one. Well my dear friend just told me she is done with theirs that is only a few years old... and its this Jeep one. Our carseat even fits it!!http://www.jeepworld.com/merchandise/jeepstrollers/libertystroller.htm I am not going to complain, are you kidding I would never have been able to get something like this. My question is...if its can be used on all types of terrain and can go everywhere, why cant it be used as a jogger? whats the diff? Besides the tires. image

Re: Hand Me Downs ROCK (PIP)

  • What a nice friend! Joggers have a stabilized front wheel, and great shock absorbers. Even those aren't recommended until baby is 6 months old (has full head, neck, and back control). Given all the snow, you probably wouldn't be able to use a jogger until next summer :( But plenty of time to save up for it!
  • our snow is melting and the roads are dry where i walk. i am sure i can use it to walk:)
