Where to buy inexpensive headboard?
My husband and I are headboard hunting this weekend. Any ideas on where we should look? It is for our spare bedroom so we don't want to spend a ton of money. Thanks!
Re: Where to buy inexpensive headboard?
What is your price range? What size is the bed? Are you only looking for headboards or frames too?
We were shopping around for a frame/headboard combo for our Cal King, without a lot of luck, when we stumbled across West Elm. The set we hope to buy soon is only $600, which is fantastic for a wood frame in that size. They have headboards that mount to standard frames starting at $249 for a queen. They have a store in the Brewery Blocks.

I got a $1,000 Restoration Hardware headboard off of Craigslist for $100.
What style are you looking for, wood, metal, padded?
There is a local Oregon business that sells staging furniture direct for a great price. The location I've been to was on Stark & Gleason. There website is www.extrafurniture.com. They have much more in store than online.
