What do you eat for breakfast?
I eat pretty much the same thing every (work) day: Chobani yogurt and 2/3 c Muesli. I'm getting bored. I mixed it up about a month ago and started bringing an english muffin and some cottage cheese - that was fine but kinda blah.
So - what do you ladies have for breakfast?
I'm looking for some new ideas on stuff that I can bring to and eat at work.
Re: What do you eat for breakfast?
lately, cereal with light soy milk. or a bunch of grapes.
im REALLY picky with breakfast - i always have a sensitive stomach in the morning.

Sounds like Chris. He's not a breakfast person either - his stomach normally ends up hurting him if he has anything like eggs/bacon/etc. But he has no problem eating 3-4 bowls of cereal every morning!
I eat oatmeal almost every day. I found a new kind by quaker called heart medleys.
There are awesome, I have tried the cranberry almond, and banana nut.
I love breakfast! Can't live without it, some things I eat are:
Oatmeal with either strawberries or bananas mixed in
cereal (usually organic) and soy milk
Grapefruit and yogurt
Cottage cheese
Toast with peanut butter and a banana
fruit smoothie
vita top and fruit salad
haha, lately? believe it or not, all i want to eat in the morning is a grilled ham and chesse sandwich and a glass of chocolate milk (which, i've been supplementing with Carnation Instant Breakfast...the protien helps with prego nausea!)
Hubby usually goes with vanilla yogurt that I pre-mix at night with some fresh cut-up berries and special K granola, or I'll mix some pineapple in with cottage cheese for him.
I tend to stick to the same stuff too and that's usually a chobani yogurt, sometimes with granola. I sometimes have cereal (some organic kind), or a pb&j sandwich. I made blueberry muffins last night so I brought one of those in this morning which was a nice treat!
I really only have a banana and coffee...probably because I eat lunch at 10:40 in the morning thanks to the high school schedule.
When I'm home, I like to eat granola and fruit, though.
my read shelf:
Due to my work schedule, I normally wake up around 10am and if I do eat it might be a sandwich or something more lunch-y.
