As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Second Interview

I had an interview last Monday and they called me on Friday to let me know that they really like me but they also really like someone else so they are calling us both back in for a second interview. I've tried looking online for tips for a second interview but they haven't provided me anything really useful. I am meeting with one of the people I met on my first interview and someone new. Do I approach a second interview any different than a usual interview? Do I prepare different kinds of questions? Thanks in advance!

I treat it like a first interview. I'd be ready with answers to typical situational questions ("tell me about a time when...").
