Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

windows 7, no dvd player, help!
Apparently the windows 7 that was downloaded to my computer, does not come with a dvd player. It is completely annoying, and rather stupid. Does anyone know of any free dvd players that are okay, and can be downloaded?

Do you have Windows Media Player? It should be a default application. You can download codec packs to make it play the DVDs. There's a link in the answer to this question:

Otherwise, I believe Quicktime will work, although I don't have a windows 7 machine to try it on. Free download here:
