If you've gone on a cruise to Nassau

do they allow you to walk into the Atlantis?

I want to go on a cruise, and I want to go to Nassau, but only if I can go inside The Atlantis.

You can in and around but I believe you have to pay for an arm band to get to the pool/slides/beach and aquariums. It is worth it to get the arm band!!

Sure, when we went to Nassau, we took a boat over to Atlantis. We just walked around the inside and had lunch at a restaurant, we didn't go to the pool so I don't know about the wristband thing.

You can walk around but you need an armband to use the pools and stuff. I would recommend it, they have a really cool pool that you go tubing through and it is awesome! It is a little pricey though. You can buy an armband at the hotel or book it through the cruise ship excursions. The ship will probably charge more but it would include the cab ride over and maybe lunch?

We've been a few times.  Once we just walked around and another time we had a tour guide that got us in to see the aquarium and a few other areas for free.  If we go again I would definitely do the pools, etc.  It's gorgeous!

We had a blast in Nassau... we took a water taxi to Paradise Island where Atlantis is and walked through quickly and looked around. We then ended up on the beach nearby and relaxed.

What do you want to do while there?  Like the others said, parts are free.  Our first time in Nassau we took a taxi over and just walked around the free parts (the aquarium).  There wasn't too much to see for free.  But I wanted to go just so I could say I've been .

I want to go on a cruise. I want to go on a vacay so bad. We are going camping in a few weeks, so I guess that kind of counts. We might end up going to Grand bahama for a few days some time this summer ..so i'll be happy if that happens.. but that trip depends on a few things.

Well GL with your vaca planning!  To me that is almost as fun as the vaca!  We are trying to plan a cruise for summer right now.

We are going down to Boca Grande and camping on one of the islands that has train trussels.
