Yay!  I printed the recipe after the raves from the weekend, and I plan on adding it to our menu sometime very soon.  It sounds really good!

have to try this for next week..the girls love tacos so I hope this is a hit.  Did you use the 4 tbsp of the taco seasoning?

I just put one packet of taco seasoning.  It looked equal.  I may cut back a little on the sour cream next time.  DH is not a huge fan of the tang it gives foods sometimes, so I'll just use a little less

Oh good! Yeah, just be careful of the seasoning. Whatever quantity/type you usually use should work. I err on the side of adding less, tasting, and then adding more if I need to rather than adding too much and getting stuck with something I don't like.
