Spring Party for 100+ ppl
I've been asked to suggest ideas for a spring party for my husbands work. There will be lots of families with young kids there as well as single men and women in there early twenties.
Any suggestions for games/food/themes/etc would be great! TIA!

Victorian Ice Cream Social
Straw hats, seersucker suits, linen dresses
Best costume contest, Croquet, Tennis, bocce, three legged races, potato sack races,
Ice Cream Sundaes, Old time popcorn, Lemonade, Lime Rickeys (the soda kind, not the alcoholic kind), root beer floats,
Can you have the party at a game for local sports team? I'm thinking of the farm team baseball club in my town that has a big party room plus bleacher seats so everyone can watch the game. You can mingle back and forth between getting drinks and food at the buffet inside and actually watching the team play. Kids and grown-ups all love it.
Or if the spring party is at a set location already, maybe a softball, volleyball, or kickball tournament? Serve ice cream, popcorn, hot dogs - fun stuff.
