Newbie in MA with book questions
Hello! I was hoping to pick the brains of the fantastic gardeners on this board. I have just started lurking and have much to learn!
I will be moving to my first house with grounds enough for a garden and plantings this summer, and I was wondering what essential plant/gardening books and guides would you recommend? I have a well thumbed version of the New Victory Gardens from the 1970's that I inherited from my Mum, but that's it!
I realize I may be hampered in planting since I won't be able to get my hands dirty until the end of August, but I thought I might at least gain some basic knowledge while I plant bulbs for the following year!
