My purse! Wanna see inside?
I got this purse on clearance at Fashion Bug for $8.00 at least 2 years ago and love it. I feel like it works well as a winter and summer purse since it has both dark and light colors on it (yes, I am one of those people who judges others for having a dark purse in the summer/light purse in the winter).
And here is what I found inside when I dumped everything out?
1) Apparently I have a lip gloss obsession. That?s right, 17 lip products in my purse which doesn?t even put a dent in the amount I have in my make up case. I always start out with just one or two in there, but grab a different color depending on my mood/what I?m wearing, and eventually this is what happens.
2) For Christmas my brother gave me a big set of these little fellas, it?s a compact full of eye shadows with a lipgloss that matches each set (so actually that makes 18 lip products); depending on what eye shadow I use that day, one of these gets thrown in my purse . Here?s what it looks like open...
3) Just the standard cover girl foundation compact.
4) Jason has diabetes and gets too low from time to time which can cause him to have seizures, so I keep these little glucose tablets handy at all times just in case he starts to get low.
5) Anbesol for when my wisdom teeth give me problems
6) An old film container that I keep asprin/tylentol/etc in. We buy these in bulk and a big container would be silly in my purse, so I throw a handful in this little container to keep with me at all times since I get migraines regularly. One day I?ll get an actual little pill container?one day.
7) Dramamine because I get extremely motion sick
8) Pamprin?oddly enough, I never get cramps, maybe once a year so I?m not exactly sure why I feel it necessary to keep these in there.
9) An assortment of tampons for obvious reasons
10) My sunglasses
11) A hair clip
12) Hair brush
13) Random ring?we often spend the night at our friends? houses if we?re drinking, and I take my jewelry off before I go to bed, so typically I have at least some random jewelry in my purse that I forgot to take out.
14) Earrings?see above
15) This is actually the necklace I wore at the wedding; it was left to me when my Dad?s mother died. It was getting on my nerves during the reception though so I handed it to my sister, and just finally got it back from her over the weekend. It?s now safely in my jewelry box, but was in my purse when I dumped it out.
16) Wallet
17) IPod
18) My keys which include apartment key, mailbox key, car key and clicker thingy, Jason?s truck key, a key to my Mom?s house and one to my Dad?s house and also a key to my Dad?s mailbox. Along with way too many of those little store card things, a virgo keychain, and a bottle opener.
19) A spare key to my Dad?s house on a separate ring which I didn?t even realize I still had.
20) Pens...the big one was in the favor bags at my bridal shower and the other one I stole from Buffalo Wild Wings because I liked how it wrote.
And now for the most random stuff?.
21) My car payment booklet and my savings account deposit booklet
22) A sample packet of shampoo?
23) A spork, in case of emergencies? Lol I honestly have no idea why that ended up in there
24) An extra set of headphones
25) My pile of junk?this contains receipts, coupons, recipes, etc. I try to make myself feel organized by clipping it all together but that?s just an illusion. I went through it and had coupons in there that expired back in June 2010?good times.
And there you have it. That?s my purse and all its glory.

lol I've got a problem and didn't even realize it. Darn purse and deep pockets.

lol yeah no idea why that was in there. My only guess is, is that I take jello/pudding packs for lunch some days and grab plastic spoons if we have them. Maybe I grabbed a plastic spork instead? Then realized it was a spork and didn't use it so I threw it in my purse? Yeah, I have no idea lol.

I wasn't aware there were people that judge for having a dark purse in the summer LOL! You would judge the hell out of me...I never change purses until they are physically not able to hold my stuff anymore.
I'm going to call TLC and report you as a hoarder, because you're my friend and I'm concerned about you!
I have never found a lip gloss/stick that looked good on me. Damned red hair and fair skin.
I so need a new purse.
