family friendly hotel on the coast?
We are planning to get out for a weekend in April with DD and were wondering if anyone had any recommendations for a nice stay at the coast? Preferably one with a separate bedroom for DD but we don't want to spend more than $200 per night.

FET - transferred two embryos (boy and girl) - Nov 2014 - BFP!
What beach?
Lincoln City, I love the Waters Edge Condos. It's an older building, but well maintained, and it's walking distance to Mo's. Always been a good value, right on the water, balcony, etc.
Seaside, we are staying at the Rivertides Suites this weekend, we'll be in a 1 bedroom suite for $150 per night, they have 2 bedroom suites but not sure how much money. It's a relatively new property and looks REALLY nice. I'm excited to stay there, it gets great reviews!!
Also in Seaside, the Inn of the Four Winds has a rental house that I've rented with Ann and Alyssa, it's really cute and nice, it's right next to the Convention Center. If you call them, they will know what you are talking about. We had a great time there, it sleeps like 8 people easily, but would also be nice for just the 3 of you, and it's 2-3 short blocks to the beach.
The only problem I've found with the vrbo properties is that many have a 5 night minimum stay, $75+ cleaning fee, etc, which you don't find at a typical hotel.

We've had a lot of luck with http://www.oregonbeachvacations.com/. We've always used it for multiple families, so bigger homes, but they have smaller options. No minimum stay.
I'd definitely recommend a condo, although a walk-in closet or large bathroom can make a good "second bedroom" for a couple of nights.
I would also recommend vrbo.com. Many places only require a 2 night stay this time of year. I'm doing a girls trip to Rockaway beach April 29-30th and paying $115/night for 2 bedrooms, full kitchen, and hot tub. Came to just under $300 with the cleaning fee.
I personally love Cannon Beach. Lincoln City would be good too for families. Seaside is ok though a little too cheesy for me....though they do have the Buzz - the best candy store ever GREAT fudge!!
