Recipe rave for Miss Jana...
I made the artichoke chicken in the crockpot...Added the cream cheese like she had suggested...It was pretty liquidy, but did thicken up when it was cooling off...I think next time I would use 1 cup of chicken broth instead of water...But anyway, I shredded the chicken and served it over egg noodles. Seth and I both liked it. The girls not so much but I wasn't expecting them to.
