I'm going to throw this out over on the knot too but I figured I'd ask you girls too.
I want to do Afternoon Tea for my sister for her bridal shower. (We're avid tea drinkers in my family) And I'm looking for a recommendation for caterers. We've already got a location booked. Also looking for something pretty cost effective too.
Thanks!
Re: Catering Recs
We used Atomic Catering for our wedding and we thought price wise they were great, the food tasted awesome and the portions were generous so you really felt like you were getting what you paid for.
http://www.atomiccatering.com/index.htm (sorry its not clicky) They have examples of menus (I think) on their website.
And I love the idea of an Afternoon Tea!!
Our realtor actually caterers and I've heard good things. Her name is Bea Whitman and I'll go look for her number.
For our wedding, we used Pranzi Catering in Providence.
We just used Basil and Peppercorns for an afternoon tea event that got great reviews from attendees. Pricing was quite reasonable.
