Recommend a landscape designer?
I'd like to re-do my front and back yard and create a garden that I love. I have somewhat of an idea in my head as far as the layout but only a few ideas about what flowers and plants I want to have in it. I'm terrible at designing gardens/landscaping and end up buying plants that don't work (i.e. I put tall plants up front and small ones in the back). I'd like to pay someone to design it using my ideas/thoughts and then DH and I actually implement it and do the labor.
Has anyone ever done this or could recommend someone that could do this? We don't have a very big yard so I don't think it would be super expensive.
