How to trellis in SFG

I planted 8 square feet of sugar snap peas, 8 to a square.  My garden beds have plywood on the bottom with holes drilled for drainage.  I had to do this because our yard isn't level, so we had to level it out by sticking bricks and rocks under the plywood in spots.

Since I can't stick something into the ground due to the plywood, how should I trellis the peas?  I'm thinking I could connect something to the wooden frame at each side - maybe just a piece of wood.  Could I then tie pieces of twine up the wood, about an inch or two apart?  Any better ideas?
