Moving to KY--
It looks like my job is moving my Fiance and I to Kentucky! Does anyone know the area of Munfordville or surrounding areas? We both have lived in the south suburbs of Chicago our WHOLE life. So, this is going to be a change, but I am excited.
We are just trying to figure out what is close by and where we can find a nice neighborhood and a house to rent! Any ideas??

I most certainly have to check out Dino World!!
I live in Etown and it's off I-65 as I drive to BG for dog transports. If you ever need to ask questions I'm usually on the pets board.

I'm from that area! I grew up on a farm close to Magnolia, KY. It is certainly different than Chicago but I think you'll find rural Kentucky has so many unique qualities you'll learn to love.
Growing up, one of my family's favorite things to do was go canoeing on the Green River. There is a park in Munfordville where you can dock and rent canoes. I know this doesn't help with your house question, but it's something to keep in mind when you want to do something fun! Hope you enjoy the change of culture and are able to love the area like I do!
