Tonight-leftovers (we have our choice of the buffalo mac n cheese, mexican chicken lasagna, broccoli casserole and meatloaf muffins, chicken salad and sweet potato fries)

Sunday - homemade pizza and salad (although I didn't end up having any salad because I wasn't hungry enough...I should have made it first and had less pizza, oh well)
Monday - lemon-butter haddock with Ritz cracker crumble, rice pilaf, broccoli
Tuesday - rice crispy chicken, rice pilaf, broccoli
Wednesday - homemade pizza and salad
Thursday - FFY
Friday - italian dressing marinated chicken, potatoes, carrots
Saturday - hot dogs and baked beans
Monday - Wilted Spinach and Cannelleni (sp?) Bean with panchetta Pasta
Tuesday - Grilled Chicken and cheesey Broccoli

I will have to what is on hand at home and what needs to be bought so I can figure out the rest of the week!
Monday: squash casserole, okra, potato dish?? and spinach salad. (can you tell I went to the farmers market?)
Tuesday: PW lemon pasta bake & grilled chicken
Wed: Wine club for me

Mon-Wed we're on our own as I work late and Pat has school/training. I'll have lean cuisines.
Thursday we're doing tacos at home.
Friday we'll probably go out.

2012 Reading Challenge
Tonight: baked chicken w/ black bean & corn salsa, rice, veggie
Tomorrow: Tuna melts or shrimp salad wraps w/ veggie
Wed: dinner salad w/ chicken (probably southwest style to use up the salsa and cilantro-lime dressing I made)
Thurs: grilled bbq chicken, quinoa, veggie
Fri: out
Sat: either leftovers/ fridge cleanout, or takeout
We made pasta with chicken & squash for the week's lunches (though today I had leftover skirt steak).
We made a lot of fajitas last night which will last a couple of nights. I will be in Philly Wed/Thurs, and we'll be there for the weekend too so we'll need to figure that out later.
Tonight-- gnocchi with shrimp, asparagus and pesto.
The rest of the week is TBD.

mon- turkey better cheddar brats for DH (cereal? for me)
