Earache relief-salt in sock
I go with homeopathic remedies whenever possible so I had to share one that worked!!! I am sure a lot of people already know about it, but I heated up coarse salt and put it in a thick sock and laid my head with the sore ear facing down on top of it. My ear was so sore when I woke up in the am that I was going to go to urgent care. I reheated the sock once and I could tell within an hour that it helped. It also helps to pull moisture out of the ear. I just wish I had known about it when Cole had an ear ache earlier in the week, though I doubt a 1 yr old would let you hold anything to their ear for long!
