My Poor Strawberry Patch

My strawberry patch got taken over by creeping charlie last summer because I got tired of pulling it up--that stuff is relentless!

So, here's my question. Do you think the strawberries will still grow well and produce despite the fact that they are surrounded by creeping charlie or should I attempt to dig them up and transplant? This will be their 4th summer, so they are pretty mature.
