I've asked for world peace, health to all of my family and friends, and lots of SNOW!
Seriously I think DH is working on a laptop for me. And I started a little Christmas shopping for him today...
I have a birthday list going..we arent doing christmas for each other this year.
A great bed pillow, perfume (I have two I loooove, and I am out of both. boo.) a ped egg. New running sneaks. Always enjoy silver small earrings that I can wear to work. A Marshalls gift card, bc thats really the only place I shop now since I bargain shop on most clothing items. Stuff that I really should buy for myself but just havent had the cash lately..or would rather spend on THING 1 and Ben.
A GC for an entire day at the spa package.
A new laptop that doesn't suck, and a chair and a half with an ottoman for a Mommy corner in our den for me to sit in and be comfy and have my own space (kinda).
A cabinet to hold all my yarns and craft supplies (will go in said mommy corner).
GCs for clothing, since I desperately need some.
New cookbooks.
A food processor.
some Le Creuset pots and a frypan.
House store GCs since we will be moving next year (PB, Ikea, Target, Lowe's, HD, etc.)
Maybe some restaurant GCs that will force us to spend money on a date.
GCs back to the Inn on the Cape we stayed at last summer so we can go back this year!
...i don't want much, do i? Not necessarily stuff for the holidays, just stuff I want in general.

I want new appliances and $$ for oil for our new home...we move in 12/1 (if all goes well) and I am FREAKING about oil...
because of our big purchase, Christmas will be very, very light this year, just stockings for DH and I, and very simple gifts for parents, niece,and nephews.
We are in the same boat. You ladies are so much more on the ball with this stuff than I am. Every year Christmas starts sneaking up and that inevitable question of "What do you want for Christmas" is said by mom and my hubby and ever year I have no idea. I really mean no idea at all. I really have to think about this! Thanks for the reminder!
