Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

hey!
ours went really well....i mean, it's a 25 year old house so we expected there to be a lot more wrong. most was very minor. we're actually taking it really easy on the sellers too...mostly bc i just have a feeling that they're going to knit pick everything anyway. i basically asked them to change everything related to code violations/safety of the house. some other things (broken seals on some windows, etc) weren't that big of a deal to me and i just want to move on
