Walmart returns?

I have a few things I want to return from a baby shower and I don't have a receipt but I know they are from walmart (faded glory, parent's choice, and child of mine) brands. Will they take these? I've had success in the past with diapers without a receipt.

In my experience Walmart will take anything back without a receipt.  I have never had a problem.  I've seen them take back some seriously shady stuff too from other customers without problems.  Good Luck

were they on your registry? you could print your registry and show them? WM is pretty good about taking things back too!

They will take them back but I believe that they will ask for your name and a little info about yourself. They keep track of people who return w/o receipts and don't allow them more than 3 non receipt returns in a year. (Don't quote me on that but I'm pretty sure its the policy because I think I remember that being the drill when I returned some Christmas gifts there sans receipts.

 I agree - I've never had any issues with no-receipt returns at Walmart.

I've never had an issue returning there.  I've even returned things I know they carry, but didn't know if it was even purchased there and had no issues.  They do ask for an ID so they might track it somehow.

AJ received a couple outfits for Christmas that were Child of Mine brand. They didn't fit, so I tried to return them. Neither had the price tag or bar code. One of them they gave me a clearance price and the other they didn't take because they couldn't find a similar style in the store.

For non clothes, I've had no trouble without a receipt.

Thanks gals! I had no problem returning them and got $20 in store credit which I then spent on itty bitty baby diapers!
