Working Interview

Ive been on 2 working interviews before, however I want to do my very best at this one. Can anyone tell me what kinds of things they are looking for in a working interview? Is a more assertive get the job done attitude appreciated or a get yourself oriented laid back attitude more appropriate?

*this is a dental job*

Re: Working Interview

  • This is the first time I hear about a working interview so I googled it and appreantly it's common in the dental field.

Whether they're assertive or laid back and what they're looking for depends on the specific dental office you're applying to.  Obviously, they want to make sure that you fit their culture, can do the job and meet their expectations.  I'd just keep a positive attitude and do my best, that's all you can do really. And then write them a thank you note and thank them for their time/consideration...
