Airplane themed food - need name ideas :)
Hey ladies!
I need your help. My son's first birthday theme is "Time Flies" (airplanes, etc). I have an idea of the menu -- mostly heavy apps, cake, etc --- but I need cutesy names.
I'm thinking things like:
propeller pops
sky high brownies
up up and away bites
Okay so none of those are set in stone items (or real, for that matter), but you catch my drift
Any suggestions in this same vein/theme?
Thanks!

Wright Brother's Wings
Amelia's avocado wraps
Sky high brownies make me wonder if they're pot brownies
I thought the same thing!
sub prop for pop in something?
propcorn, soda prop, propsicle
plane (plain) chips
:::clutches pearls::: Oh my! You women are scandelous!
Okay so that was DH's input... and he totally did the 'giggity giggity' laugh afterwards
But I like Wright Bros and plane/plain ideas. Keep 'em coming gals!

"Don't call me Shirley" temples. OK, so not quite what you were looking for, but I couldn't resist.

While this has absolutely no validity or angle to my question, it's very cute

Yeah, I know it totally wasn't at all what you were asking about.
I'm drawing a complete blank on applicable ideas for you. GL - sounds cute!

Are you having things like brownies w/ and w/o nuts? You can say "Plane Brownies" and "Walnut Brownies". Lame, sorry.
cockpit cocktails - lemonade or iced tea.
Lindbergh-ers (burgers or sliders)
engine and tonic (why can I only think of drinks?!)

Cockpit Cupcakes
Take off Tacos
Jetway Juice (or if you have raspberry koolade you could call it blue juice)
If you have a specific area for drinks you could put up a sign saying "Coffee, Tea, or ...your pick of any beverage here." (a joke for the adults who probably have heard the "coffee, tea, or me" jokes about stewardesses in the past.)
Also going with the Airplane theme you could put a sign on the bathroom door that says "lavatory" and a sign near the kitchen saying "Galley"
MJ, have you seen this?

Yes! It's adorable.! They went all out for sure. I don't think that plane will fit in my backyard though....

Sounds like a cute party.
How about Boeing Brownies
Delta Dogs (hotdogs, pigs in a blanket, little smokes, whatever fits)
