I figured I would put this other since there are a few mommy runners out there. Does anyone own a Kelty Joyrider and how do you like it? If you don't own a Kelty what do you own and do you like it? I found one on Craiglist list for $75 but not sure if I should find out more or buy a cheaper new one from the store. Thanks!
Re: jogging strollers
Yes! We have that. It's a good price for $75 too. The weight is good. Love all the pockets. Smooth ride. Easy to get in and out of the car. Easy to set up and break down. The one we have the front wheel doesn't pivot, which some wouldn't like. Honestly, that's what we're used to now, so it makes no difference to us. Overall, I'd recommend it.
Our 21 pound cat also loves it. Harley would let you push him in that thing for an hour.
I have one of the Jeep Strollers they sell at Babies R Us.

We chose it because we weren't going with a whole travel system and this was compatible with our car seat. They call it an ATV stroller, but I use it for jogging and it's great. You can lock the wheel for stability for running and unlock it when you're at stores, etc. Plus, it has an iPod speaker that I can plug my iPod into and play tunes for Nolan too when we're just out walking. Love that feature. It's really easy to fold up and it even fit in the trunk of my Civic.
Same here!
We have the Baby Trend Navigator... its the double one but I think the single is called the Expedition? I haven't used it much since I just got it and don't have much of a road to run on or place to store it so I am waiting for the snow to melt but I like it so far, it has a speaker that I can plug my iPod into and the boys look really comfy in it!
It is HUGE though, but that may just be because its double wide so I am not sure what the single one would be like.
Of course with my snob of a runner husband...we had to have a BOB.
I am SO glad we did. I am in love with it. So smooth and easy to use.
