Not trying to be pathetic...
My husband and I just got married(February 19th) and relocated to St. Louis for his job. We are 6ish hours away from the majority of our friends and family and are really missing hanging out with other couples our age. We aren't really sure how to go about meeting new people. Or how to not act weird and pathetic about it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated:)
Re: Not trying to be pathetic...
I would try meetup.com. I used that website when I first moved to STL to find people with similar interests. I havent used it since getting married but Im sure it would still be great. Here is a link to a few couples groups... all I did was type couples in the search field but you could also search my a common interests. I am a member of a few groups and I really enjoy them... great normal fun and not pathetic people.
