Ankeny in home daycare opening
I recall people on this board looking for an in home daycare in Ankeny. If anyone is still looking, we just gave our 2-weeks notice to AJ's provider. We'll be sending him to the same daycare center Cohen goes to. The in-home lady is located right off Delaware in SE Ankeny.
The reason we're leaving is because she has taken more kids than we're comfortable with (7 total. Besides AJ, the kids' ages are 2, 2, almost 2, 18 months, 8 months, and 6 ish months.). Plus, she closes at 5:00 which has always been a challenge for us.
But if you're okay with those things, she provides good care and AJ has done well under her. I definitely respect her parenting/caregiving abilities.
Happy mom to two sweet, silly boys: Cohen age 4, AJ age 2.
