What is your favorite chicken breast recipe?  I've got a huge package defrosted, but none of my go-to recipes sound very enticing.

I just make baked chicken with lemon seasoning with a side of vegetables. Or I make this, it's easy to make.

I like to make shredded chicken for tacos and enchiladas. I also like this recipe. Easy and delicious!

I like to put salsa on it and bake it in the oven then when its almost done put cheese on it until it melts and serve it with rice or mashed potato.

 Make it with bread crumbs

 Cut it up and make chicken enchilladas with it or chicken tacos

This sounds good. Might have to try this sometime. Does it matter what salsa or cheese?

bread it & bake to make chicken parmesan w/pasta...yum!

I put 2 breasts in the crockpot with a jar of Pace Salsa and a little bit of water (so water & salsa cover the chicken).  Cook on low 6 hours, remove chicken and shred, put back in crockpot to mix with salsa.  We use this in tacos, burritos, enchiladas, tortilla soup, etc.

I like to put the chicken in the crockpot, cover with big jar of salsa and cook for 7 hours on low.  Then add 1 block of cream cheese (cubed up), 1 can of corn and 1 can of black beans (both drained and rinsed).  Cook for another 45 min-1 hr.  We eat it with warm tortillas...sooo good!

I just use pace and low fat cheese but I don't think it would make a difference : )
