Got my first
stretch mark on my belly today. :-( So far it's little and there's only one. I've gotten 3 or 4 (vertical) on each of my hips too. Bummer!

ugh i didn't get any until late too! then my husband started counting them bc i couldn't see them. yeah...that was fine until he started getting up there in the numbers. they pop us quickly once they start!
mine have actually gone away on their own really well....i don't have an awesome belly to begin with, so i guess stretch marks didn't bother me that much bc i never plan to show my belly again...but i am happy they've gone away pretty much on their own over time.

I made it to 36 freaking weeks and gave birth at 38 weeks 5 days however and this is a big however I did NOT see some that had appeared and some came after!!!!
I have them on the sides of my hips that I didn't have while pregnant but as soon as I had her BAM! they were there.
I had a few on my stomach but those aren't noticeable anymore and the kicker some on my thighs!!!! Those were deep because I apparently gained a lot of weight on my inner thighs and didn't know it haha
They are getting smaller but only because I've lost weight ugh

Are you using lotion? I used Palmer's Cocoa Butter lotion every morning and night, and I came away with none! If you're not using it, go buy some TOMORROW!!!

sorry to hear it. i would try the cream, ive heard from people it works. i used the one by mustela twice a day on my belly and b00bs. i never got a stretch mark on my belly and carried 2 days shy of my due date. ive always had some small ones on my thighs so i didnt bother there.
Ditto. Stretch marks are old news to me. I still hate them though.
Ditto, all of my current stretch marks are from puberty. Alas, I keep reading that stretch marks are genetic and no creams/lotions in the world will prevent them. Ugh. I am terrified to discover what awaits me once the baby arrives.
