A quiet home indeed...

Well, the excitement of the foster was short-lived.  Diamond found an AMAZING home in just two weeks!  She hit the jackpot for sure and I'm so so so happy for her.  It's set up as foster to adopt so they have until the end of the week to make a final decision but I honestly can't imagine them changing their minds... they're all so in love.

 

Damn... that just made my weekend.  People ask me how I do it and to see the smile on their faces as well as hers make it all worth it.  I'm going to write a blog post about the experience with her but I'm waiting until the ink is dry on her adoption papers.

YAY DARC!!!  Any pup that crosses your path is a very lucky pup indeed!!! The love and caring you give them is just so heartwarming!  You deserve a night of Twilight, cocktails and chocolate   I wish we lived closer so I could join you and celebrate!

Yay! That's great! I love the feeling of a foster going to a new home. Just means I can open up my home to another. Good job Darcie! ( wish we were in the right Place to have taken her, she is SO what I want next!)

I tell everyone that asks, the happiest and saddest day of a foster parents life is the day their foster puppy finds their furever home:) I've shed many happy/sad tears over fosters moving on to their new homes:)  It's an amazing process:)
