Rainy Monday
Glad I made it inside the building in time before the rain started coming down! Its really falling, too!
Had a good weekend. Spent ALL day Saturday from the time we woke up to the time we went to bed cleaning, organizing, etc. the entire house, top to bottom. Now that its done, we officially don't need to do anything more than keep it clean.
Our local soft serve ice cream place opened last week so we got to enjoy that first of the season w/ some friends yest and it was sooo nice out!
Boss is back today and already crabby, so today should be interesting. Hoping I can make it through the day without screaming. hehe

I'm going to meet a Pediatrician tonite. My mom is coming with me so I'm pretty excited abt that!
I love soft server ice cream. My favorite place (in town) is the cone! SO YUMMTASTIC! I may hafta bribe my rents to go with me!!!

Happy Monday! I, like you Lovey, barely made it in the building before the downpour. I took DD to school today so I didn't have to stand out at the bus stop in the rain, it was really pouring when the bus was supposed to come. Despite it being gray and wet, I do like rainy days occasionally...mostly when I am at home and can curl up with a book or cook something yummy.
Today begins the last week of this job. I feel like I have a lot to do, cleaning out my office, shredding docs that I don't need to take with me, boxing up stuff I do need to take with me. I am thinking I might start on that tomorrow.
Yesterday we stayed outside ALL DAY LONG. I got my first tan/burn of the season!
Yipee! Bring on the spring/summer color!

Sounds like everyone had a pretty good weekend, except me lol.
Friday I had my first softball game, and we won, woo hoo!
Saturday morning I woke up and had horrible cramps, like totally unbearable, throwing up, etc.. you get the picture. I was in a ball on my bathroom floor, DH was out of town, so I called my BFF to take me to the hospital. Rushed to Jewish, had a CT scan, blood drawn, urinalysis, and found out I had ANOTHER freaking cyst on my left ovary rupture. FML.
Got some lovely meds, and headed home to rest for the rest of the night.
Still cramping some but better for the most part, trying to get in with an OBGYN soon so I can follow up and see how I am doing.
Sunday, did a few errands and had dinner at the in-laws. My MIL and SIL and I are in a weight loss challenge before we leave for Hilton Head in June, so I am heading to the gym tonight, woo hoo.

I am back from my girls-only Myrtle Beach trip! What a great time. The weather was great, the sun was great, the drinks were great.... it was great!!!! We did something active (pilates class, water aerobics, loooong walks) every day except Friday (we went out on Thursday and had too good of a time
). I got caught up on my sleep Saturday night and took a nap yesterday and I'm refreshed and energized now! Tonight the dogs go to the vet so I'm really not looking forward to seeing the total for that bill but I love my doggies!
Afloggie, I'm sorry that you had such a horrible weekend. I hope that you're doing better now or at least are out of pain!
