Is it going to be dead here again this week? Did anyone have any exciting weekend fun they want to discuss? Any new restaurants or recipes you tried? Any AWing?
Re: Bueller?
We finally started on the nursery!!! And by "we" I mean DH painted it and it looks awesome! We are hopefully scheduling carpet install this week, then getting furniture this weekend. If it really happens that way and we make that much progress in just 2 weeks, I will be SO happy!
Rest of the weekend was meh. Not much going on. I hope it's not dead in here this week!!

I had an awesome weekend! Lots of relaxing, family time, getting stuff done around the house and I took a nap on Saturday and Sunday both.
Yesterday was Mia's 4th birthday (OMG) and she decided on Don Pablo's for lunch because she wanted to wear "the big hat". Sadly the only picture I have access to is a poor one DH took with his iPhone, but here's one of her with the big hat and enjoying some sopapillas.
She had a ball. We went to Barnes & Noble and let her pick a book and to Flavor Cupcakery to let her pick a cupcake.
ETA:
Other accomplishments this weekend included catching up on dishes (I'm pretty sure every dish and utensil and glass we own was dirty - it was ridiculous), sorting through piles of paper and crap scattered throughout the house, DH finished painting the office and started building boxes for his container garden and I did a bunch of shopping for DD's birthday party.
And I got started on building the cupcake stand for DD's party, which I'm very excited about. Oh! And I finished three books - Every Which Way But Dead by Kim Harrison (#3 in the Rachel Morgan/The Hollows series); Treachery in Death by JD Robb; and Leaving Paradise by Simone Elkeles.
I can't believe it either, trust me. I was on the verge of tears multiple times yesterday. She's getting too old!
Thanks Erin
We had a ball this weekend.
DH and I checked out Stoney River in Towson and it was okay. I hate being rushed and we finally had a date night with no baby. I felt like we were being rushed out of there. My steak was okay, but the apps Jack Daniel Shrimp and my glass of wine was yummy. Oh and so was hubby.
Has anyone else had issues getting onto the local boards? When I go to Chat, it's like the page is not found. Thank goodness I have the B-more Nestie board as a bookmark, but at home I did not.
Today and tomorrow are pretty much my weekend, since I worked Friday and Sunday.
BUT DH and I did buy tickets for Friday's hockey playoff game and I am SO EXCITED!!!!
