Re: What did you do this weekend?
I told you - pics or it didn't happen! LOL
Saturday I worked from 8am-7:30pm. It sucked a big one. Then I picked up a pizza on the way home and passed out at about 9:30pm.
Sunday we did some grocery shopping, had lunch at Red Robin, went to the new TCBY that just opened and got some yogurt to take home, then we went home and Ellie and I took a 3 hours nap. When I woke up I did laundry and made dinner and then we just hung out the rest of the night.
Friday- dinner date with a friend. I had mushroom bisque with truffles and marscapone to start. Then Chilean seabass in cognac reduction with lobster risotto. NOM.
Saturday- grocery shopping, laundry, treadmill, bridal shower and bachelorette party.
Sunday- weeded the flowerbed, went shopping with a friend, and had dinner at my parents.
I looooove Margaritaville! We had a hot crab & lobster dip there that was seriously the best thing I've ever had. NOM.
It's true...
Friday I went out with my sister and some friends for margaritas and mexican for my sister's birthday. It was a really fun time.
Saturday I went to get my eyes checked, and then rushed around just in time to get Sami to her 6-month photos, which came out awesome *points to siggy* Then we had a birthday dinner at my parents' house and I got my new running sneakers - YAY!
Sunday I spent a good chunk of the afternoon up in NH celebrating my friends' daughter's 1st birthday party. Then the night was spent trying to put a sick Sami to sleep.

Ugh! Mary, I was so annoyed too, cause I brought my camera and everything! Boo. We suck.
Saturday - Obviously Niner gtg lunch. After that we pretty much wasted the day away doing nothing!
Sunday - Cooking and some cleaning. We watched The Tourist on demand. It was good...but I wouldn't say it was great.

Friday - we went to get Jon a new suit for the wedding on Saturday because he's shrunk out of all the ones he owns, then we grabbed sushi for dinner and went to watch bad karaoke.
Saturday - Went to the gym and then to the Sox/Yankees game, which was pretty bad. Then grocery shopping and some errands.
Sunday - Jon went golfing, I went to the gym, then out to find a professional looking tote to hold my 17" laptop. Did some cleaning and then we made whole wheat fettuccini with mussels fra diavolo and had some wine while we watched DVR stuff. It was a pretty good weekend

My weekend was pretty sad. My dad's best friend died on Friday. He found out he had a brain tumor last June, so it was relatively quick. My parents were trying to find flights to go see him this weekend, but they were too late.
Saturday my parents, Clint and I kept busy helping get the museum ready to open for the season, and yesterday we didn't really do anything.
It has to count...five of us say it happened!
Friday - Laundry.
Saturday - GTG! Then shopping. Then dinner with Mary! Then drinks with coworker. Then dancing at gay club. Drank all day. Got home at 4:30AM. Lotsa fun.
Sunday - Uuuhhh...slept until 1, went to the grocery store, made tacos w/ Neuner's blogged no sodium mix.
Friday - dropped off one of our cars to get the A/C checked out, picked up my sister so she can stay over the weekend, made taiwanese beef noodle soup version 2 which was lots better, played lots of super smash brothers on the wii
Saturday - niner GTG! picked up car from the dealer with a $1000 bill
then went home to wait for a person who wanted to look at our craiglisted couch but never came, played some more super smash bros.
Sunday - went to Babies R Us to get my co worker a baby shower gift, took Olive to the dog park and she wasn't as scared this time so I'm really happy she's improving, looked at finances to talk about baby plans, chilled the rest of the night
!!!!
Agreed! Is this happening soon?
Stand up for something you believe in.
Busy weekend for us!
Friday - we went to pick out a slab of granite for our kitchen, which I was really excited about. But the experience was not great and I'm still annoyed about it.
Saturday - we made a trip to Home Depot for some supplies and to look at paint swatches, stopped at my parent's house and then went to a retirement party for my godfather. We had lots of fun with my siblings and cousins - my family is ridiculous!
Sunday - we went to mass in the morning, then hit up Sherwin-Williams paint sale and then went to my parent's house to help them rip down and then re-do the kitchen ceiling. Very messy, but we got a lot done!
| cute shoes make me happy |

now i'm whooped and waiting for my plane home.....
Friday night went out to Cheesecake Factory with a friends and their kids to celebrate a birthday.
Saturday had breakfast at Ma Dukes then my cousin, his fianc? and their daughter stopped over for a bit so we could clean out our cabinets and give them hand-me-downs from my grandparents ktichenware for their new place.
Then relaxing and painting the rest of the weekend.
We keep going back and forth on it. Right now, our savings is dismal because we agreed to give my parents $15k to help build a house in Philippines. So, we're deciding between doing the responsible thing and save up money before trying or waiting until we're done saving for the house (we only have 4 months left) to start which means we would be saving while we're TTC. We're always thinking that it could happen quickly even though it probably won't be the case since I haven't had a period without taking medication. I can't take that medication either while TTC.
We want to be responsible so I think the plan is to wait a year. We did have unprotected sex this month, but if nothing happens this month, we're just going to wait until things are better financially. We've been pushing it off for a while so at this rate we probably won't be trying until we're in our 30s!
Glad you guys had a good time at the Niner GTG!
I had an awesome weekend. I picked up my new car(a used prius), and went to one of my BF's wedding down in my hometown. DH and I walked the beach Saturday and Sunday, and stayed in a pretty sweet hotel right on the beach. It included brunch with mimosas.
