It gets asked all the time. I apologize for a repeat question..
Anyway, SW or W metro..(i.e. Edina, SLP, Minnetonka, Golden Valley) would be preferable. I was seeing an NP that I liked before I lost my health insurance for yearly exams, but I want to start seeing the Dr. I will hopefully have for pregnancy and birth a few times before we start TTC. Although I have only seen women, I am not oppposed to a man. I am just looking for someone who isn't going to freak out on me for staying active and will be open to my wants and needs. I know that's a little vague since I h aven't decided any of this in detail since it's making me light headed just thinking about being pregnant...
Any advice would be appreciated!
Re: OB/Gyn recs..I know, I know...
Clinic Sofia in Edina. Dr. Block.
Interesting - I saw Julie Rice, too and felt the same way.
Thanks all!

I go to Southdale OB/GYN Consultants in Edina. I've seen Dr. Majkrzak (pronounced ?my shack?), Dr. Gengerke, CNP Karen Sherk (I don't think she looks anything like her photograph!! She looks much younger/cooler to me) and Dr. O'Halloran. I've loved everyone that I've seen there.

I used to see Julie and have noticed she is not as accessible as she used to be. This may sound strange, but she updated her clothes and hair and her bedside manner seems to have closed off some when she did that.
I was at the clinic twice a week during my pregnancy due to other medical issues and alternated between Julie and Dr. Dean. Needless to say, I got to know them well.
ETA: I saw Dr. Sari Witzke a few times as well when I couldn't get into Dr. Dean for varying reasons and really liked her.
Me too, and I also love her.
