Hi! I'm new here, sorry if this has already been asked.. what do you do with your old, worn out shoes?

Once the cobbler tells me they are unsalvageable, they will go into the dumpster.

Goodwill is a good place to start. Then I suggest the Nike recycling program or contact Brooks (they have some of the best programs for shoes-not sure about recycling though). If you know anyone serving overseas-ask if they have people where they are that need shoes. I sent my brother three pairs of old running shoes that he gave to this girl in Afghanistan during his last tour.
