what is your 'go-to' restaurant?
We have been re-doing our downstairs floor, so we have not eaten a cooked meal in our kitchen in DAYS.
The floor was stained today, so we cannot walk on it at all until tomorrow. I am burnt out on all of our usual restaurants. Where do you usually go? Extra points for kid friendly and near Cary/Apex/Durham (near Southpoint).
Thanks ladies!!
Re: what is your 'go-to' restaurant?
Hmmm... depends on what we're wanting.
Sushi - Genki (off Ten Ten in Cary)
Sandwiches - Serendipity (Cary) but I'm not sure if they are open for dinner, and Sunflowers (Raleigh). Food Factory is good too, but I'm not sure about the hours either.
David's Dumpling and Noddle Bar (Hillsborough St, Raleigh)
And lots of places in Cameron Village (Flying Biscuit, Cameron Bar and Grill, Cafe Carolina, Village Draft House)
Chipolte
Mmmm
I have no idea what I want...which is part of the problem!! I'm going to peruse some of these menus and see if anything catches my eye.
Thanks for all of the suggestions!
We ended up going to Tribeca Tavern. They are sort of kid friendly--there are individual TVs in their booths. Both my H and Christian were entertained by watching TV at dinner
Plus, we both wanted a good beer after being cooped up in just the upstairs of our house for a few days.
