Re: PG Check In
Pretty good. I can do almost everything I use to. The BH were killer last week though. I returned some low rise maternity jeans to ON and got some full panel skinny's and was super pleased with them. I hope I can get a decent amount of wear out of them.
I will say that yesterday we hit 80 here in Michigan and the little time I spent outside made me a little nauseated. July should be interesting. LOL
ETA: I forgot our shower invites went out. MIL is mad because her name was not next to the phone number (for rsvp) but I couldn't fit because I wanted to include an e-mail too. I really think she is mostly mad because my last name being on the registry cards but she decided to use the rsvp part as something she is mad about.
She also told us she was completely unable to find our registry information at Babies R Us using my last name, which of course she was totally full of bologna about and I think she probably was misspelling it (this was before the invites went out). She has hit a record high and now calls dh almost every single day.
Doing well here. Still tired all the time. No more noticable movement since the couple times last week. I'm patiently waiting for it to happen again. My tailbone has started to bother me at work and I thought I was going to cry from it on my drive to Maine Friday night. It hurt all throughout the day then I had to sit in my car for 3 hours after work.
Oh, 15 more days (well 14 if you don't count today) till we go for the Anatomy scan. Can't wait to find out if Snowflake is a boy or girl. I look at my bump and see the OWT for a girl but my instincts are telling me boy. I'll be happy either way. Neither of us have a preference.
oh no that sucks about your tailbone? Am I forgetting something have you had issues before with it?
Man those 15 days are going to drag.
Working out what's that???
A local nestie just mentioned to me that she has been having rib pain. That must be so irritating.
The day care thing really freaks us out. My bonus' are going towards it (for the most part along with dh's on call checks) I may miss my bonus for April and I am already all panicky. What we are basically trying to do is save a year's worth by August. We should be okay but I am still nervous.
I know it is much pricier than metro Detroit in other states, I dont' know how people can do it sometimes.
I've been freaking out about daycare since before we started TTC. We have our schedules arranged now that we'll need minimal baby sittage, and can hopefully completely avoid the cost of daycare. But we're also talking about me working part time. So we'll see what happens.... It's too late to go back now, so when it comes down to it we'll do whatever's needed to make it work.
Dani if it helps, I have a constant rib pain, always on the right side. But, I know it's from a little Felicity butt that likes to reside in my ribs. Super uncomfortable. I'm sure you'll feel relief once your LO gets here.
Shell - I cannot wait to hear what you're having! Maybe a little boy to even out the playing field again! And FWIW, almost all old wives tales, and everyone we talked to, including us thought we were having a boy. We both wanted a girl, so we were pleasantly surprised, but we really thought we were having a boy.
I'm doing well, officially waddling. My ankles are constantly swollen, and the heartburn is still here in full force. The BH's have started up again as of Friday night and they're stronger now than they were when I first had them in second tri. So I guess that's a good sign. But so many momma's on my month board are going into early labor that I secretly freak out every time one happens. We had our work baby shower yesterday, it was awesome. I got a diaper cake with cute pink nb baby crocs, ahh soo cute!! And my friend got a wooden magnetic train that spells out LO's name, and she painted it, and painted an elephant (nursery theme) on the engine the goes in the front. I can't wait to have the nursery 100% finished though.
I am loving that my current craving is chicken pot pie! And I'm gonna have some for dinner tonight, holla!

I have to admit, I had an extra letter when I tried to look it up last week for you.

We are doing good. I was back home last week and mom dragged me in for 3 ultrasounds so I spent lots of time watching our very active little pumpkin. The past couple of days when I put my hand over the baby I swear we are feeling kicks and movement. It is not my pulse because it is inconsistent and then there will be a big kick (or something). We tried to look yesterday to see if we could see the goods but pumpkin had its legs crossed like its mommy. It is okay, we have 3.5 weeks until our anatomy scan (I counted when I saw how many days Shelley had and it is 25 more for us).
I had to stop taking my metformin last Monday and I went through pretty bad withdrawal symptoms. I am feeling better today.
We officially are public so I will be posting pictures and weekly updates on my blog starting today. It is the Trusty Tales link in my siggy (if you guys want to see, no pressure).

Doing good. This kid must be a boy, lol. I walked all over NYC a two weekends ago with no problems yet last weekend I tried to do some shopping and LO wasn't having it - I was getting all crampy and had to go home.
We leave for MI on Friday for a week - I'm so excited, I haven't been "home" since Christmas so everyone is anxious to see me (well, mostly my belly). I have two showers this weekend and I'm excited to see everyone and get the nursery ready to go - my goal is for it to be done by June 1.
A new adventure I had to partake in recently: Shaving my bikini line blind - yeah, it's more sketchy than I thought It'd be, lol!

Yeah, I can't see mine anymore either!
I've had some lower back issues since our car accident a couple years ago.
And I don't think those 15 days will drag. We leave for St Lucia this weekend for a week and find out the Tuesday after we get back. So I just have to make it through this rest of this work week, then 2 days when we get back.
I am jealous!! That sounds like fun!

I can't wait. We booked it back in September. My SIL is getting married there on Monday so we booked the whole week there. I can't wait for some warm weather and sun. And for DH to laugh at my in my maternity bathing suits. They're not very flattering.
Oh that is right. I forgot about your SIl getting married there. As for the maternity bathing suits, that will be me next month. I hoping I can come off as cute!

I was fed up with looking so I just went for a pattern I liked and that the suit fit. I ended up with 2 tankinis.
Totally missed the update! So jealous. Sorry didn't mean to put it so weird, I mostly meant they really did drag for me.
If we weren't going on the trip I have no doubt that they would drag by for me too.
