Maple-Orange Scallops

Marinate 5 scallops in 3 tbsp orange juice mixed with 1 tbsp maple syrup, 1 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce, 1 crushed garlic clove for 30 minutes. Drain scallops; saut? in 1 tbsp olive oil until golden outside and firm inside, about 5 minutes per side. Serve with 1 cup cooked bulgur wheat tossed with 1/2 cup chopped tomato, 1/4 cup chopped cucumber, 2 tbsp orange juice, 1 tsp olive oil, 1/4 tsp reduced-sodium soy sauce.
